Commercial Manager

Are you an experienced and driven Commercial Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?

Have you got previous experience with a regional / national contractor as the Commercial Manager?

This is a key role within the organisation!

Duties:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of the project, including budgets, contracts, and procurement
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals to drive excellence and achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as the Senior Surveyor / Managing Surveyor / Commercial Manager within the construction industry
• Tier 1 main contractor experience
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure
