What you'll be doing
Are you passionate about driving cultural change and improving wellbeing in complex environments? Join the House of Commons as an Engagement Manager within the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS), a vital, high-profile service supporting Parliament's commitment to a respectful and inclusive working environment.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work at the heart of UK Parliament. As Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a case load of individual service users to help them engage with the ICGS and help them access appropriate support. You'll guide service users through challenging processes, and champion their needs within a sensitive and evolving framework. You'll also lead on meaningful projects that promote safeguarding, mental health, inclusion, and user-centred improvements, helping shape how Parliament addresses serious concerns like bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
