SEN Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

Location: Islington, London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Contract: Full-time (Agency Position)

Tradewind Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 2 students in a primary school based in Islington. This role involves working with SEN intervention groups and providing targeted support across all year groups within Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering SEN intervention group work to support students with additional needs
• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to enhance learning and engagement
• Working collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN students in Key Stage 2
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and intervention techniques
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
