Plumbing Customer Care Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a plumbing customer care engineer to work with our client in London.

Working Mon to Fri hours 8am to 4pm. Day rate 180- 220 depending on experience and qualifications.

Out of hours and weekend works available.

Full UK driving licence needed.

Areas covered include central and greater London

Works will consist of the following

• Diagnose and repair customer reported plumbing & heating issues
• Complete customer resolution reports
• Assist with commissioning and testing handovers to project team
• Assist with snagging
• Attend emergency call outs
• Provide feedback to project team and managers regarding customer care issues
• All other associated tasks.

Applicants must have experience in a similar role and be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

Applicants must have own tools, PPE and a valid JIB/ CSCS Blue or Gold card.
