Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a large-scale cut-and-carve project in London. The former department store is being converted into over 100 student accommodation apartments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with conversions or student accommodation projects, along with strong skills in cost management, budgeting, and contract administration. A relevant qualification such as an HND, HNC, or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required.
