Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the strategic management and operational delivery of housing services in South London.
Lead and inspire a team of housing professionals to achieve excellence in service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align housing services with the overall objectives of the association.
Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups, to foster strong relationships and partnerships.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior management role within the housing sector.
