Job Requirements/Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving the growth of a leading premium retail platform. You'll bring expertise in strategic talent acquisition, market insights, and employer branding, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all commercial functions, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
  • Leverage data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Coach and support hiring teams by delivering interview best practices and training.
  • Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Maximise the use of ATS systems (Teamtailor) and CRM tools to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Work closely with the employer branding team to create engaging job adverts, social campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal hiring projects, including DEI programmes, talent pipelining, and recruitment team development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on commercial roles.
  • Proven track record in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive talent engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment is advantageous.
