The Role

We're hiring a Head of Vlocity/OmniStudio Development to lead the Salesforce Industries architecture and delivery across the business. You'll own the OmniStudio roadmap, lead a specialist team, and work closely with business and IT leadership to build scalable, industry-compliant solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and OmniStudio development strategy
• Manage and mentor a growing team of OmniStudio/Vlocity developers
• Design and implement guided workflows, Dataraptors, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures
• Ensure scalable, reusable component design aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Partner with enterprise architects, Salesforce COE, and business teams
• Establish governance, QA, and performance monitoring frameworks

What You'll Bring

• 8-10+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ years with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Deep expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors
• Experience with Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of industry-specific data models (Energy & Utilities Cloud a strong plus)
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and integration patterns (REST, APIs)
• Proven leadership and delivery in enterprise agile environments
• Bonus: Background in the energy, utilities, or telecom sector
