As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of client sites in London. You will also carry out small works projects, including replacing controllers, modules, sensors, and actuators.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct routine BMS service visits
- Respond to BMS-related callouts (1 n 4/5) and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site
- Identify opportunities for site improvements and prepare detailed reports
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnson Controls, or Tridium Trend being most beneficial)
- Strong understanding of BMS controls, MCC panels, and wiring diagrams
- Full UK driving license
