Financial Adviser Role:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke financial planning and investment advice
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client needs and objectives across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate management
- Develop and present holistic wealth management strategies, aligned with regulatory standards and client goals
- Collaborate with in-house specialists including tax advisers, portfolio managers, and legal experts
- Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and product developments to ensure proactive, compliant advice
- Contribute to business development initiatives, mentoring junior advisers and helping grow the firm's client base
Financial Adviser Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial advisory role, ideally within wealth management or private banking
- Level 6 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent); Chartered or working towards Chartered status preferred
- Proven track record of client retention, asset growth, and delivering exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, tax planning, retirement strategies, and estate planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial needs
