We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join my clients team and take a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant property services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of surveyors

• Manage contracts and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvement works

• Conduct property inspections, condition surveys, and energy audits

• Prepare specifications, drawings, and tender documents

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including the Social Housing Act 2024

• Provide expert technical advice and documentation to support legal and estate teams

What they're looking for:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a building surveying role

• Strong cross-organisational collaboration skills

• Extensive knowledge of building structures, defects, services, and inspections

• Proven ability in project design, CAD, specification writing, and cost estimation

What We Offer:
