Qty Surveyor

A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a long term contract to work on a large Super Prime Residential refurbishment project close to Guildford - project value is over 50m.

Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have some Listed building experience and have over 5 years on Site Main Contracting experience.

This is a Site based role 5 days a week.

Outside IR35 Limited company working available.
