Electrical Project Manager Decarbonisation & Renewable Energy
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor that has been awarded multiple public sector decarbonisation and renewable energy contracts. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a range of projects across various building types, with values ranging from £200k to £2 million.
This contractor is at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions, delivering high-quality projects that contribute to carbon reduction and energy efficiency. They offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to transition into a permanent role after six months or continue on a long-term contract basis.

The Role:
- Overseeing electrical installations across multiple decarbonisation and renewable energy projects.
- Managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and project specifications are met.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project execution.
- Providing technical support and problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in renewable energy, decarbonisation, or similar public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical building services, energy efficiency systems, and sustainable technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
