A forward thinking, Construction consultancy based near Bank, are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Working predominantly in multiple sectors including Commercial sector, they are well placed to capitalise on their reputation in the market. With a number of ongoing, long-term projects, the successful Assistant Project Manager will be joining a company that can offer stability and strong APC support.

About the role:

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The induvial will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager to achieve the objectives of an individual project. As well as responsible for delivering on time, to cost and to agreed specification, ensure the integrity of project reports, lead progress meetings and support stakeholder engagement, ensure the application of a safe working environment throughout and ensure the effective management and control of change, risks and actions

About the salary:

Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to 37,000. Other benefits include, generous pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement, amazing career progression, RICS support available, and subscriptions paid for!

About the requirements:

• On target to obtain suitable qualification (degree and/or professional qualified to the suited Chartered Body)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and document preparation skills.
• Construction project management experience
• Responsible for own high-quality output and understanding of how his/her outputs contributes to programme and/or project.
• Strong interpersonal qualities demonstrable through their daily actions and engagement with individual
