Are you passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in students' lives? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to transition into a fully qualified Teacher through our Teaching Assistant to Teacher Pathway.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in the classroom, supporting students, working closely with teachers, and developing a deeper understanding of effective teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons to students.
• Support the individual learning needs of students, providing targeted help where necessary.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Build relationships with students, fostering a supportive and motivational classroom.
• Participate in planning and assessment activities as part of the teaching team.

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
• Graduates with a backgroung in English, STEM or Humanities.
• A commitment to pursuing a career in education and a desire to progress to QTS.
