Role OverviewThis is a great first role for someone starting their career in digital design. You might have recently finished a design degree, an apprenticeship, or have similar skills in digital and design.As a Junior Digital Designer, you'll work closely with our Creative Partners and Social Media team to create content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. You'll also help support the wider digital design process.You'll be guided by our supportive and experienced teams, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and play an important role in bringing Nest's creative vision to life.This is a hands-on role where you'll use a variety of tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Maxon Cinema 4D. You'll get the chance to work on different areas of digital design, motion graphics, video, and content creation-building a strong foundation for your career.
The minimum criteria for this role are:Design skills using graphic design softwarePortfolio of design workAbility to present ideas using moodboards or other means.Experience of working on social media design or videoDon't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
