Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for students experiencing barriers to learning
• Monitor and improve pupil attendance, punctuality, and engagement
• Support reintegration plans for students returning from absence or exclusion

Requirements

• Valid First Aid certification
• Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability
