THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

Position: Warehouse Shift Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday: 09:30am 19:30pm, Friday: 08:00am - 16:45pm
Location: Unit C, Larkfield Industrial Estate, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford ME20 6SW

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING:

• Lead your team to success, ensuring safe, efficient site management in line with all legal requirements, KPIs, and our Service Pledge.
• Motivate and inspire your team to hit deadlines, improve productivity, and elevate our customer experience.
• Deliver smooth handovers and keep operations running like clockwork.
• Conduct inductions, provide comprehensive and high-quality training, and ensure your team is always prepared to perform at their best.
• Set ambitious goals with your team, regularly review performance, and tackle challenges head-on with training and support where needed.
• Collaborate with New Business Partners to explore and develop exciting opportunities for growth.

• Proven experience in driving operational KPIs and achieving business targets.
• A cool, calm, and collected approach to tackling daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• A logical, common-sense problem-solving mindset.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate between multiple systems seamlessly.
