Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Geography to students at GCSE and A Level.
• Foster a positive learning environment that stimulates student interest and engagement.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the faculty to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for Geography.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Geography at GCSE and A Level is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers.
• Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
