Damp and Mould Operative wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector

Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Damp and Mould Operatives for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association based in the Croydon area.

There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!

As a Damp and Mould Operative your day to day will look like:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

We are looking for a confident Damp and Mould Operative with proven experience in reactive maintenance (Domestic/social housing)

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification(NVQ/City and Guilds) is needed for this role.

About the Damp and Mould Operative role:

Salary: Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.

Location: Croydon
