Description

As Shipping and Facilities Assistant you will:

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipping processes.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records.
• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate tracking of shipments.
• Provide support in managing facilities and maintaining a functional workspace.
• Assist with supplier and vendor communications related to shipping and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve any shipping or facilities-related issues promptly.
• Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the retail environment.

Profile

A successful Shipping and Facilities Assistant should have:

• Experience or familiarity with shipping logistics in a professional setting.
• An understanding of facilities management and operational support.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
