Salary: Up to £30,000 per year DOE + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm (1-hour break) Optional Saturday Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half

We re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Vehicle Valeter to join our growing team in Feltham. If you take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a business that values quality, consistency, and progression this is the opportunity for you!

What You ll Be Doing:

• Cleaning and detailing a wide range of vehicles including HGVs, vans, and cars
• Washing, vacuuming, polishing, and ensuring a high-standard finish on every vehicle
• Removing overspray, stickers, and badges
• Identifying and reporting quality issues such as paint imperfections
• Using products and chemicals safely with correct PPE
• Supporting the team with general yard and maintenance tasks

What We re Looking For:

• Experience in vehicle valeting or detailing (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable working with Auto Smart products and jet wash equipment
• Experience with machine polishing (advantageous but training can be provided)
• Hardworking, punctual, and a strong team player
• Physically fit and capable of working on large vehicles
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
