Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager - Move On & Resettlement Service Westminster £21 per hourAre you an experienced support professional ready to step into leadership? We're looking for a proactive and resilient Deputy Manager to help lead a busy Move On & Resettlement Service supporting 70+ residents in semi-independent housing.This is a hands-on role (lots of walking across sites) ideal for someone active, organised, and passionate about helping people move towards recovery and independent living.

You'll support the Service Manager in leading a team delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to residents with complex needs. You'll oversee case management, move-on planning, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Line-manage and supervise Recovery & Complex Needs Workers
• Lead on case reviews, risk assessments, and move-on plans
• Monitor service performance, data, and quality standards
• Support recruitment, supervision, rotas, and staff development
• Oversee housing management, voids, H&S checks, and income processes
• Build strong partnerships with housing, health, and welfare agencies
• Deputise for the Service Manager when required

• Experience supervising staff (or ready to step into management)
• Background supporting vulnerable people with complex needs
• Strong understanding of homelessness, mental health & recovery
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
• Confident with case management systems, reporting & Excel
• Solution-focused with excellent communication skills
