Site Engineer

Our client is an leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor based in the East Midlands. Operating as a sub-contractor for major and regional housebuilders. Due to new work starting in Q1 2025 the company are recruiting for a Site Engineer to join their team.

Covering projects around the Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire areas, your duties will include;

• Accurate setting out, drawing analysis and reading drawings.
• Using GPS coordinates quickly and accurately
• Communication with the Project Manager and site team
• Quality Assurance work
• Setting out for all elements of groundworks; roads, sewers, kerbs, foundations

Site Engineer Experience required:

• Previous experience setting out on residential groundworks projects is essential
• Previous use of Leica total station
• AutoCAD
• Ability to commute to multiple projects around the West Midlands
• Full Driving Licence
