As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory control and ensure proper merchandising of products to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
• Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and team management practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up), ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Commercially aware with excellent understanding of sales drivers and KPIs
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

9am to 5pm

Working hours will include some weekends
