Electrical Site Manager- Fire Alarm Packages

We are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of 400m and a strong international presence across sectors who require an electrical site manager to join a very notable 60m M&E project in Central London to specifically manage a complex 3m fire alarm package. The project is just about to get to delivery stage and will run for circa 2 years.

Role/Responsibilities

• Management of subcontractor labour of Fire alarm contractors
• Attend site meetings
• Progress reports
• Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
• Health and safety
• Review and amend RAMS
• Snagging
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
