Who requires a Building Services Manager?

We are working with a Main Contractor who work on Ultra high end residential/ and large commercial fit out projects in and around London. A business that offers support and guidance from the Head of Building Services who has a number of years' experience at the highest level in the industry from a services perspective. It will be a Building Services Manager position needed to work on a newly awarded project based in Central London. An opportunity for this chosen candidate to work alongside the Head of Building Services and progress their career, not just with a job title but actual hands on/ on the job experience. Candidates that apply for this position would need to have experience working on ultra-high end residential projects previously and have strong knowledge in new tech systems.

Role and reason for the Building Services Manager?

The pipeline of work that the business has been awarded is very solid and will need the correct people to join the business to go on to deliver these schemes. This particular candidate will be managing design, delivery, commissioning and the handover process of all aspects of Building Services in a construction environment. Working very closely with pre-construction and commercial teams and will be a very client facing role in terms of regularly hosting meetings for clients and sub-contractors.
