Assembly Operative

Location: Denham, Middlesex
Salary: £26k - £27k
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon

• Mark components and assemblies using methods such as ink marking and laser engraving, adhering to drawing requirements.
• Pack and prepare parts for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling, marking, and documentation.
• Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions to identify part numbers, specifications, and finishes.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product traceability by assigning serial numbers as required.
• Conduct self-inspection and quality assurance of completed tasks.

• Basic production packing experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Experience using hand tools and gauges.
• Basic administration and computer skills.
