What's the role about?

As our Dietitian, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our meals meet the highest standards of nutrition for residents in care homes. Working hand-in-hand with care teams, chefs, and operational staff, you'll assess needs, advise on appropriate menu planning, and help us deliver meals that nourish and support residents' health.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with care home teams to ensure nutritional needs are met
• Supporting the development and delivery of nutritionally balanced menus
• Providing training and guidance on dietary best practices in care settings
• Offering expertise on allergens, texture-modified diets, and individual dietary needs
• Acting as a key partner in continuous improvement for resident wellbeing

What we're looking for:

• HCPC-registered Dietitian with experience in care or healthcare settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site with our care home partners
• A passion for person-centered nutritional care
