Your new company
You will be joining an established civil engineering and utilities contractor based in Northampton. This NERS-accredited company has a strong pipeline of work in the North London and East Anglia regions with an array of both public and private sector clients, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of HV/LV works initially in the North London area.
This is a full-time site-based position (45-hour working week) covering schemes initially in the Perivale, Cricklewood, Tottenham and Hackney areas.
Your new role
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations, including managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all times
  • Liaising with key internal and external project stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
  • Proven successful experience in the delivery of HV/LV installations including associated civil works
  • CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, NRSWA and First Aid
  • Full UK driving licence.
