This is a very good opportunity for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a lead building services provider on one of their most prestigious contract in Central London. Our clients are looking to find a Mechanically bias engineer to join the team and hit the ground running in their new role. The engineer will be working a continental shift pattern days and nights as part of a large maintenance team undertaking planned and reactive maintenance across site.
The successful candidate in this role will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial maintenance and posses a great attitude.
Duties: - PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Cooling Towers
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Heat Exchangers
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- Generators
- BMS Operation
- Motors
Requirements: - Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min
- Very Client facing

Package: - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
