Competitive pay rates of £12.21 up to £21.00 ph dependant on shift type, payment type and location worked.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Adaptability: Flexibility to work various shifts and in different residential settings as needed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with children, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
• Relevant Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months UK experience within a children's residential setting.
• DBS on the update service.
• The ability to travel to various locations

Your Role

As an Ad Hoc Temporary Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for children and young people.
• Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, homework, and recreational activities.
• Supporting the emotional and social development of residents.
• Engaging in activities that promote well-being and positive behaviour.
• Working collaboratively with permanent staff members and other professionals.
• Maintaining clear and accurate records.
