WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE & DRIVER - TUNBRIDGE WELLS - £25K-£30K + BENEFITSAbout the roleA growing, dynamic company based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operative and Driver to join their tight-knit team. With an early finish at 4.30pm, this Monday to Friday role offers a healthy work-life balance.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of reliability, a proactive attitude, and preferably some hands-on experience. Tasks include checking deliveries, prepping goods for installation, occasional grinding, sanding, or painting, and supporting the team with outbound prep and logistics.Key requirements:

• Some heavy lifting required.
• Full UK driving licence (over 25 for insurance purposes)
• Experience with basic hand tools (grinding, sanding, painting) preferred
• Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
• A background in fireplaces or flue systems is helpful but not necessary
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
