Our client is a well-established carpentry and joiner company based in London; due to their continued success they are now expanding their team and recruiting for an experience Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Pricing and tendering for new projects
• Managing commercial administration post-award
• Preparing monthly valuations
• Pricing and negotiating variations
• Final account settlements

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

• Previous experience in the carpentry / joinery sector
• Have a background working for developers, main contractors, or subcontractors.
