About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across Early Years to Key Stage 2, helping to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support, both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with varying needs
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor and report on pupil progress and development
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable
