This nursery have opportunities for a Room Leader who can work based in a nursery in East London.

3 months - 5 year old
3 rooms in total throughout
All year round nursery

They are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Room Leaders to be part of the team.
You must have a real passion working with children and want to work as part of a close-knit team who support each other.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: 33,000 - 35,000
Ages: (3-5 years)

You will be:

• Taking ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
• Embedding and supporting others in delivering the curriculum and learning experiences
• Ensuring that children are kept safe and follow Safeguarding Procedures
• A team player with a passion for coaching and mentoring
• Leading focus activities and facilitating play both inside and outdoors
