Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm)

Salary: 26,189.00 per annum, plus either a company vehicle or a 4,000 vehicle allowance per annum.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Voids Operative to join our Property Services team in Kent. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are ready for new tenants by carrying out essential cleaning and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and prepare vacated properties for re-letting, ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
• Remove rubbish and arrange for appropriate disposal.
• Conduct minor property repairs as directed, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance Team and other departments.
• Assist with other property-related tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Practical skills in basic property maintenance (e.g., minor plumbing, carpentry).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience in void property preparation.
• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Property Maintenance).
