The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, professional environment where you'll have access to a strong client base, administrative support, and full autonomy to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage and insurance products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage and protection markets, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Work closely with the wider IFA team to identify holistic financial planning opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional standard of service and care.

About You

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, ideally within an independent or whole-of-market environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
• Knowledge of protection products and wider financial planning will be an advantage.
