Whether you're available 1, 2, or 3 days a week-or ready to jump into full-time (5 days)-we have opportunities that work around you. From day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, you choose what suits your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs (including autism and complex needs)
• Helping bring lessons to life alongside the class teacher
• Providing 1:1 or small group support
• Offering personal care where needed, with dignity and respect
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with SEN (in schools or care settings)
• A kind, patient, and can-do attitude
• Confidence in supporting personal care
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A team player who's ready to get stuck in and make an impact
