About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support schools across London during exam periods. This is a flexible, casual role that involves overseeing exams and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and fairly. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the exam process and ensuring a calm, supportive environment for students during their exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invigilate exams in accordance with exam board and school guidelines.
• Ensure that exam rooms are set up and students are settled before the start of each exam.
• Monitor students during exams to prevent any cheating or misconduct.
• Handle any incidents or irregularities according to the school s policies.
• Ensure that all exam paperwork is completed correctly and securely.
• Provide support to students as necessary while maintaining a professional, calm, and focused atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an exam invigilator is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage students in an exam setting.
• A professional, calm, and respectful manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) is required for the role.
• JCQ Compliant

YOU MUST:

• Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
• Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
• Provide two professional references
