Fire Alarm Engineer

Salary: Up to £42,000 per year + Van + Phone + Fuel Card + Progression

Location: Slough and surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

We're seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing fire and security company based near Slough. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites.

• Install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems in line with BS5839 standards.
• Carry out fault-finding, testing, and commissioning of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Complete all work to a high standard, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out, materials used, and time spent.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of a variety of fire alarm systems (e.g., Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Morley, C-Tec, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good understanding of BS5839 standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the company.
