- Supporting students with SEN and behavioural needs during PE lessons and structured physical activities.

- Working closely with the PE lead and behaviour team to tailor activities to individual needs.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage participation and progress.
- Creating a calm, structured environment where students can thrive.
