What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with SEN and behavioural needs during PE lessons and structured physical activities.
• Helping to de-escalate challenging behaviour and promote positive engagement.
• Working closely with the PE lead and behaviour team to tailor activities to individual needs.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage participation and progress.
• Creating a calm, structured environment where students can thrive.

• Experience working with children with SEN and behavioural challenges.
• A calm, resilient approach and excellent behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for physical education and inclusive learning.
• Team player with strong communication and a sense of humour.
