The Role As a Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing landlord and tenant relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Ensuring compliance with internal operating procedures
- Managing keys and maintaining the key register
- Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy requirements with lettings branches
- Negotiating deposit deductions and managing contractor databases
- Scheduling property inspections in line with company policies
