Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to partner with a well-established law firm in Maidstone, recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team. With at least 3 years PQE, you'll have the opportunity to handle a varied caseload with no need for business development-just plenty of work coming in!

This is a hybrid role, offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance. You will also be provided with paralegal and secretarial support, ensuring you can focus on managing your caseload efficiently.

Key Duties:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on the buying and selling of residential properties, including freehold and leasehold transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions
• Managing property searches, exchanges, and ensuring deadlines are met
