We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pizza Takeaway Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's pizza takeaway business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for food quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a great customer experience while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance.
- Prepare staff work schedules and handle shift management.
- Motivate and lead the team to maintain efficiency and morale.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, costs, and sales to maximise profitability.
- Process payments, handle cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
- Implement promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales.
Quality Control:
- Ensure food quality and consistency in line with brand standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Regularly inspect equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
