Complex Care Nurse

Clover Care Group has an exciting opportunity for dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse, band 4 and above, working within a complex care package in Kent.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience working within a healthcare setting and a right to work within the UK. You must have a valid NMC pin with no restrictions. You must also have a valid UK driving licence.

About the role

We are looking for registered nurses who have an extensive background in complex care. You will be working with a young patient who has a spinal injury. The role will involve following the patients care plan and tracking medication, Changing of catheter, monthly audit of the package and working closely with colleagues on shift which will be a support worker. You will be required to go swimming and assist with other professionals such as rehabilitation professionals and thearpists The location is in a very large newly built private family home, with state of the art facilities including a swimming pool.

It is an extremely rewarding position and will require you to working closely with the service user and her family.

The position will require you to work two shifts of 8 hours per day (Flexible days to suit availability), every other week and is required ongoing.
