We're looking for a Sales Leader to join our beautiful flagship store in Notting Hill. If you're passionate about style, customer experience, and team development, this is your opportunity to take the next bold step in your retail career.

The Sales Leader role:

As Sales Leader, you'll be at the heart of our store - inspiring your team, elevating the customer experience, and helping drive performance every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the team with positivity and professionalism
• Handling store opening/closing confidently and responsibly
• Working closely with the Store Manager on daily operations and planning
• Guiding, training, and mentoring new and existing team members
• Creating a warm, welcoming, and service-led environment for every customer
• Upholding Wrap's high standards in visual merchandising and product knowledge

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who thrives in a premium retail environment and is ready to lead by example. You love what you wear, and you care about what you do.

You bring:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in premium fashion retail
• A confident, warm communication style
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
• A strong sense of personal style and a passion for womenswear
• The right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Notting Hill
