Job Requirements/Description
- Install and commission domestic gas systems, appliances, and equipment including boilers, cookers, and gas fires.
- Ensure all installations meet regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Perform routine servicing of gas appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose faults, repair, and maintain gas systems and appliances as needed.
- Test systems to ensure they meet the safety standards outlined by the relevant gas regulations.
- Conduct annual gas safety checks and issue certificates where required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant gas safety legislation, including the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
- Complete risk assessments and site surveys before work commencement to ensure safety.
