Your Role As a Senior Energy Originator, you will:

• Spearhead the origination business in the UK, driving growth and strengthening market presence.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute complex structured energy transactions, including Renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and BESS optimization deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
• Leverage market growth opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business initiatives in renewable energy.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Present strategic market reports and performance insights to senior leadership to support continued growth.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in energy markets, with a focus on renewable energy trading or PPA origination.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, UK energy regulations, and current renewable energy trends.
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to foster and maintain partnerships.
• Analytical expertise to make data-driven decisions and navigate a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
• Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies.
