An award-winning building contractor specialising in restoration, cladding remediation, and fire safety works across London and the Southeast are looking for a Contract Manager experienced within Cladding projects.

With a strong "service first" culture, we pride ourselves on quality, staff development, and exceptional client care.

Their work is Cladding remediation: design and build contracts replacing combustible cladding to residential high-rise buildings.

You will oversee project delivery, support Site Managers, and maintain strong client relationships.

What you'll do:

• Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance and high standards
• Work with Cladding projects
• Support and guide Site Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Oversee quality control, reporting, and health & safety compliance
• Build and maintain proactive client and subcontractor relationships
• Handle valuations, variations, and financial tracking throughout projects

What you'll bring:

• Construction qualification (Level 3-6) with 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of building regulations and methods
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
